Your impact and responsibilities

LOGEX is running a real-world evidence network for epidemiological and outcome research in Europe together with hospitals. As a Business Development Manager RWE you will be responsible for generating new leads and opportunities and drive business with pharmaceutical companies across Europe.

As part of the team, your role is to expand the portfolio of studies, ensuring we can provide our clients with answers to their questions. Which patient populations are eligible for the new drugs? How are drugs used in the real world? What is the uptake of newly introduced medicine? What are the real-world clinical and patient outcomes? How do they compare to the clinical trial results? What you will be doing as Business Development Manager RWE:

  • Develop new client relationships within the pharmaceutical industry

  • Own, nurture and expand a portfolio of client relationships

  • Apply a consultative sales approach with a focus on partnering with potential clients

  • Prospect, qualify new prospect/label for LOGEX RWE core proposition into owned opportunities

  • Close deals in strong new client/label relationships working in tandem with sales team colleagues

  • Deliver repeat business

  • Drive pipeline development by supporting outbound and inbound digital marketing campaigns

Your team

The Real World Evidence division is growing and is in full swing. The team is primarily responsible for gaining insights into the use and effect of (expensive) drugs. In view of the aging population, a significant increase in drug use and new drugs is expected – and a corresponding increase in costs. In order to keep these rising costs in check, it is essential to have a very clear picture of the exact effect of medicines. The insights and studies of the Real World Evidence team offer a solution for this.

Job requirements

Your profile

  • You have 5-8 years of relevant work experience

  • You have experience selling RWE solutions or studies in the pharmaceutical industry

  • You have a proven record of sales results and a structured way of working

  • You have a pragmatic ‘can-do’ mentality

  • You have a strong drive and want to have an impact on the business

  • You have a commercial mindset and build relationships easily

  • You want to help build a strong commercial team

  • You are fluent in English and Dutch

  • You have a medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare background
