Your impact and responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager for the DACH region, you will play a critical role in accelerating LOGEX’s growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
You will be responsible for both winning new business and growing existing customer relationships, working with senior stakeholders across hospitals, healthcare providers, and public sector organizations. This is a strategic, high‑autonomy role where you will directly influence LOGEX’s footprint and brand recognition in the German-speaking market.
Our Financial Analytics solution is a leading SaaS platform used by healthcare decision‑makers to benchmark performance, improve processes, and drive financial transparency. Your role will be to position this value at C‑level, guiding clients from first engagement through long‑term partnership.
What You’ll do
Drive new business development across the DACH region, from lead generation through to contract signature
Manage and expand a portfolio of existing enterprise and public-sector clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Engage with C‑suite and senior decision‑makers, translating complex analytics into clear business value
Navigate public sector procurement processes and tender frameworks, particularly within healthcare
Build strong, long-term relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and related stakeholders
Work closely with consultants and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client success
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the full commercial and contractual journey
Represent LOGEX at industry events, client meetings, and at our headquarters in Amsterdam when required

Job requirements
Your profile
5–8 years of experience in Healthcare, Analytics, or Enterprise Software Sales
Proven experience selling SaaS or digital solutions, ideally in a complex, consultative sales environment
Strong understanding of public sector procurement and tender processes
An established network within the healthcare ecosystem (e.g. hospitals, healthcare providers, government bodies, pharma or related organizations)
A demonstrable track record of success in value-based selling
Ability to engage confidently with C‑level stakeholders and understand strategic healthcare drivers
Experience managing long sales cycles and strategic accounts
Excellent presentation and commercial skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce or similar CRM)
Fluent German and professional English communication skills
Why LOGEX?
Salary will be agreed with a 60:40 (fixed: variable) commission plan based on achieving set targets. The salary will be commensurate with the experience of the successful candidate and prevalent market conditions
The role will be home or office based with travel to sites across Europe when required, you will also be expected to attend meetings in our worldwide headquarters in Amsterdam as and when needed.
