Your impact and responsibilities

As Business Development Manager for the UK, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and expanding our footprint in this key market. Our solutions are already used by thousands of healthcare providers across Europe, delivering financial analytics and benchmarking services that support process improvement.

Due to our expansion, we are seeking an experienced BDM to take LOGEX to the next stage within the UK. This is a sales role focused on winning new customers and expanding selected accounts. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through to solution positioning, stakeholder alignment, and closing. Ongoing account management and post-sale relationship stewardship are led by our Customer Success (CSM) team, with whom you will collaborate closely to ensure a smooth handover and successful onboarding.

Our Financial Analytics solution is a leading-edge SaaS platform. The successful candidate will bring both SaaS and healthcare sales experience, enabling them to position our products and services effectively and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Your team

You will be part of the UK Sales team, working remotely with colleagues across the country. As part of this role, you will also travel a minimum of four times per year to our headquarters in Amsterdam for team alignment and strategy sessions.

Job requirements

Your profile

  • 5+ years’ experience in Healthcare or Analytics sales, with Digital solutions and/or SaaS experience

  • Understanding of Public Sector Software procurement processes and how to navigate NHS frameworks and tendering processes

  • Established network within the UK Healthcare sector (Hospitals, NHS Trusts, Healthcare providers, Government organisations, Pharma or similar)

  • Proven track record in value-based selling and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals

  • Strong understanding of C-suite decision-making and strategic drivers in healthcare

  • Commercial hunter mindset with excellent pipeline generation skills (outbound and partner-led)

  • Ability to build executive relationships and collaborate with CSM for seamless post-sale handover

  • Excellent IT skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce
