Job description

We're looking for a Data Engineer who wants to make healthcare better

Do you have experience in data processing and want to work somewhere your skills can make a real difference? Are you excited about joining a team that pushes the boundaries of data analytics and innovation in healthcare? Then we want to hear from you!

At LOGEX, we're changing the way healthcare organizations work with data.

We're rebuilding and modernizing our data pipelines to replace outdated systems – cutting maintenance costs, making issue resolution faster, and empowering better decision-making through data. And you can play a key role in making that happen.

What you can expect:

Meaningful work: Your contributions will help improve healthcare systems by enabling smarter, data-driven decisions across hospitals and clinical settings.

Hands-on development: You’ll design, build and maintain modern ETL pipelines using Python and cutting-edge data technologies – with real influence on how our platform evolves.

Ownership and impact: You’ll be involved in translating business needs into technical solutions and have space to challenge ideas, propose improvements, and shape our data architecture.

Collaboration across teams: Work closely with product owners, architects, and other data engineers in a supportive and open environment where knowledge-sharing is part of the culture.

Best practices & modern stack: Expect to work with version control (Git), CI/CD, cloud-native tools, and behavior-driven development, while contributing to our shift toward a scalable big data platform.

Who you are:

You have 3-5 yearsof experience as a data engineer or data-focused developer.

You have solid experience with Python frameworks such as Pylceberg or Polars — this knowledge is essential for the role.

You understand the value of solid data modeling and are confident using Git.

You have experience with:

Clinical/healthcare data

Cloud storage (e.g., S3, MinIO, GCS…)

Data lake technologies (e.g., Iceberg, DeltaLake…)

Frameworks such as Docker, K8S, Argo, Flyte
