Our mission
At LOGEX, we empower healthcare with advanced analytics. As the Head of Customer Success, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes through our solutions, fostering their loyalty and growth with LOGEX. You will be shaping and expanding our relatively new Customer Success function, leading and developing a team of Customer Success Managers and Renewal Specialists, and integrating this function into our company. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will be a key member of the Customer Office leadership team.
Your impact and responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of Customer Success Managers and Renewal Specialists;
Define and execute the customer success and renewal strategy aligned with company goals;
Drive customer retention, satisfaction and growth through proactive engagements;
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Services teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, translating into Customer Impact stories and customer references;
Develop and monitor Customer Success metrics and performance targets such as Customer health assessment, customer satisfaction, product adoption and renewal rates;
Develop and implement scalable processes and playbooks for customer success and renewals;
Act as an escalation point for strategic accounts and ensure timely resolution of issues;
Coach and develop team members to grow in their roles and careers, and strengthen and grow the current team further;
Represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions and product development.
Job requirements
We’re seeking someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for building trusted relationships, growing teams & people, and driving customer impact through data and insight. You bring:
5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or related roles;
Additional experience in working in several different roles within the customer journey is a plus (e.g. sales, implementation, services);
Strong leadership capabilities and a potential to grow further;
Demonstrated success in engaging with senior external stakeholders and building lasting client relationships;
Strong collaboration skills, particularly in cross-functional and international settings;
Structured and analytical;
Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with English as the main working language, and a strong preference for fluency in Dutch. German is a plus;
Healthcare knowledge is an advantage.
