Your impact and responsibilities  

We’re looking for a Project Manager licenses and subscriptions within our Clinical Outcomes division.  

The licenses and subscriptions portfolio within Clinical Outcomes is diverse and spans across multiple teams and clients. It includes products and services such as registries to measure quality of care, data couplings to reduce registration burden, analytics and dashboarding to help hospitals improve their quality of care.  

This role will consist of a diverse set of project management responsibilities within the Clinical Outcomes licenses and subscription space. Additionally, you’ll be encouraged to drive process improvements, ensuring efficiency and scalability across our operations. 

  • Project Management: Plan and monitor team activities, manage resources and deadlines, and resolve issues to deliver high-quality results. 

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to internal processes and workflows. 

  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key contact for clients, registry holders, and researchers, providing clear advice and support. 

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery aligned with client expectations. 

Your Team 
The Real World Data division – currently consisting of 35 people –, is growing and is in full swing. As a project manager licenses and subscriptions, you will join a group of 15 other project managers with various focusses. Initially you will be working most closely with our Data Export Pipeline team, and the Data Design team.

Job requirements

Requirements 

  • Education: MSc degree. 

  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience, with a background in healthcare or data management. 

  • Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English, results-driven, structured, and a strong communicator. 

  • Bonus: Client-facing experience.
