Your impact and responsibilities

As a Pre-Sales Consultant at LOGEX, you’ll be the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and the healthcare organizations we serve. Working alongside our sales team, you’ll play a crucial role in gathering client requirements, crafting compelling solution demonstrations, conducting market research, and ensuring a smooth and informed sales process. Your insights and technical acumen will help shape the client journey from first engagement through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Team in identifying client needs and positioning LOGEX solutions as the ideal fit.

  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with potential NHS clients to understand business objectives, workflows, and pain points.

  • Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations that highlight the value and capabilities of LOGEX’s solutions.

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and implementation teams to create persuasive sales content and demos.

  • Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and tenders, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client expectations.

  • Carry out market research and competitor analysis to refine our go-to-market strategies.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of NHS budgeting, planning, and costing processes to provide domain-relevant insights.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects during the pre-sales cycle, ensuring a seamless transition to implementation.

Job requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in a pre-sales, solutions consultant, or business analyst role—preferably within healthcare or analytics.

  • Strong knowledge of NHS financial and operational workflows is a major advantage.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into clear business value.

  • Proficiency in using analytics, budgeting, or business intelligence software.

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and delivery teams.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
