Ready to kick-start your career in Talent Acquisition?

At LOGEX, we believe great people build great companies. As our Recruitment Intern, you'll join the Talent Acquisition team and play an active role in helping us attract, engage, and hire top talent across Europe.

This is not a coffee-running internship. From day one, you'll be involved in real recruitment activities, work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers, and gain valuable insights into how a fast-growing health tech company scales its teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process

  • Sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn and other channels

  • Scheduling interviews and ensuring a great candidate experience

  • Assisting with employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns

  • Supporting recruitment events, career fairs, and campus activities

  • Maintaining candidate data and recruitment reports

  • Contributing ideas to improve our hiring processes and candidate journey

Job requirements

Your profile

You are enthusiastic, proactive, and excited about working with people.

Additionally, you:

  • Are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree

  • Are available for a minimum of 5 months

  • Are available 5 days per week

  • Have excellent communication skills in English

  • Are organized and detail-oriented

  • Enjoy connecting with people and building relationships

  • Take initiative and are eager to learn
