Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team, specifically in support of the Director of Channel Sales. This role is essential to the growth of our SAAS software business in close cooperation with our partner ecosystem, focusing on generating and nurturing leads, building strong partner and customer relationships, and driving sales pipeline opportunities as well as actively (remotely) selling smaller packages of our solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a passion for technology and customer success and has worked in a similar role before.
The Sales Development Representative reports to the Sales Director Channel Sales and is a crucial contributor to the sales effort in the LOGEX commercial & sales organization in close cooperation with our partner ecosystem.
Your Impact and Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities using outbound techniques like calls, emails, and prospecting tools.
Pipeline Development: Partner with sales and marketing to follow up on leads, execute campaigns, and ensure a robust pipeline. Support Account Executives in closing deals by ensuring seamless lead handoffs.
Prospect Outreach: Use tools like LinkedIn, Salesforce, and HubSpot to research prospects, tailor outreach strategies, and understand customer needs.
Product Knowledge: Build expertise in SaaS solutions to effectively communicate their value and competitive advantages.
Active Selling: Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, sell smaller product modules and service packages, and meet minor sales targets.
Metrics & Reporting: Track performance, including outreach volumes, lead conversions, and sales, and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine strategies and improve performance.
Job requirements
Your profile
1–3 years in sales development, inside sales, or customer-facing roles, ideally in SaaS/tech, with experience in healthcare or the public sector as a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot); SaaS experience is a plus.
Highly motivated, results-driven, with a problem-solving and pragmatic mindset.
Strong organizational and analytical skills under pressure.
Collaborative and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
Fluent in English (Dutch/German are advantages).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, is a plus.
Willingness to learn and grow valued over meeting all criteria.
Your team
You will become part of the commercial sales team with team members across our European offices. The team is around 50 professionals strong (and growing!) and focuses on selling Healthcare Analytics software solutions to new clients and maintaining existing customer accounts in healthcare.
You will report to the Commercial Director of Channel Sales and work on our FA & PE portfolio with him, mostly in close cooperation with our Dutch and DACH sales teams (each comprising of about 6 people).
