LOGEX develops an application that helps hospitals optimize healthcare efficiency.

• Testing: Unit tests, Automation test team

• Deployment: Kubernetes, Docker, BitBucket Pipelines, Argo CD

What does the role of a System Analyst at LOGEX involve?

You will be part of a development team, helping the product owner ensure smooth communication and efficient product development.

A key part of this role includes testing implemented changes (which may take up to 50% of your workload) and collaborating closely with the development team.

One of your tasks will be analyzing current systems and user requirements, with the goal of designing functionalities that deliver value to users with minimal changes.

We work in small Scrum teams of 4-10 members.

What will you be working on?

• Improving the development process and increasing deployment reliability.

• Designing (automated) regression and component tests.

• Creating and implementing integration tests.

• Specifying and maintaining automated tests to ensure early bug detection.

• Supporting developers in clarifying questions related to feature implementation and bug fixes.

• Gathering requirements from product owners to ensure clarity in feature requests.

• Analyzing requests and changes to existing solutions.

• Creating user stories and technical specifications to provide developers with clear inputs.

• Providing input on Product Owner tickets to help prioritize tasks accurately.

• Ensuring proper technical documentation.

• Tracking technical debt to keep it visible and integrated into the backlog.

Who are you, and what skills should you have?

• Analytical mindset driven by data.

• Experience with software testing.

• Good spoken and written English (B2 level).

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with automated test design.

• Knowledge of modern data technologies such as Databricks, dbt, Snowflake, AWS, or Azure.

• Experience working in Scrum teams and collaborating with analysts, testers, product owners, and developers.

• Understanding of user story creation and story mapping.
