Your Impact and Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at LOGEX, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, driving new business opportunities, and shaping the future of healthcare analytics. Our Financial Analytics (FA) and Patient Engagement (PE) solutions are at the forefront of innovation, providing healthcare organizations with the insights they need to optimize financial operations and improve patient outcomes.

With >80% market penetration in Dutch hospitals, our next growth phase requires expanding into Long-Term Care, Mental Healthcare, and Independent Clinics, as well as exploring new markets beyond our core regions. This role is strategic, requiring a mix of pipeline generation, value-based selling, and long-term relationship building.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Business Growth – Identify, engage, and convert new healthcare clients across Hospitals, Long-Term Care, and Mental Healthcare.

  • Expand into New Markets – Explore potential opportunities in Benelux and new markets beyond our core regions.

  • Own the Sales Process – Develop and execute tailored strategies for each segment, leveraging whitespace mapping, referral partnerships, and data-driven prospecting.

  • Lead High-Value Conversations – Engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers to demonstrate the impact of our solutions.

  • Collaborate with Internal Teams – Work closely with Customer Success, Services, and Product Management to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing value delivery.

  • Shape the Future of Healthcare Analytics – Be part of a team that doesn’t just sell but actively influences the transformation of the healthcare industry.

Job requirements

Your Team

You’ll be joining a high-performing Business Development team of five—with this role making the sixth member. The team operates in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, balancing short-term pipeline generation with long-term strategic expansion. Collaboration is key, and we ensure that our Sales team is equipped with the best tools (Salesforce, Sales Navigator, DocuSign) and supported by a strong Customer Success, Services, and Product Management team.

 

Job Requirements – Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a passion for healthcare innovation and a track record of success in SaaS, analytics, or digital solutions sales.

  • 5-8 years of experience in Healthcare, Analytics, or SaaS sales

  • Fluently Dutch and English

  • Proven experience in the Dutch healthcare market

  • Understanding of public sector procurement and tender processes

  • Established network within Hospitals, Long-Term Care, Mental Healthcare, or government bodies

  • Strong track record of success in value-based selling and closing high-value deals

  • C-suite engagement skills and ability to navigate complex sales cycles

  • Strategic mindset – ability to identify growth opportunities and drive market expansion

  • IT proficiency – experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools (Salesforce & Sales Navigator preferred)
