Your impact and responsibilities

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you are fully focused on generating new business opportunities in the DACH market. You are the first commercial touchpoint: you identify opportunities, engage with prospects, and open meaningful conversations for our Business Development Managers and Solution Engineers. You play a crucial role in expanding our footprint in one of our most strategically important regions.

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry events

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for our Solution Engineers and Business Development Managers

  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and developments within the DACH healthcare landscape

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline in our CRM system

Job requirements

Your profile

  • You have strong commercial drive, strategic thinking, and genuine interest in the intersection of healthcare and technology

  • You enjoy outreach, think commercially, and can switch quickly between conversations, stakeholders, and opportunities

  • You bring 1–3 years of experience in sales or another commercial role

  • You speak and write German and English fluently

  • You are comfortable working with tools such as Excel, Salesforce, and Sales Navigator
