In this high-impact role, you will own and continuously improve core FP&A processes, providing actionable insights to senior leadership and partnering with teams across the business. From forecasting to reporting to performance analysis, you will help us stay ahead in a fast-evolving market — and support our mission to make healthcare more affordable and effective.
What you’ll do
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for specific business areas
Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial reporting and KPI tracking
Build and maintain robust financial models and decision-support tools
Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers of performance
Support executive reporting, board preparation, and strategic analyses
Identify and implement process improvements across FP&A workflows
Ensure data consistency across planning models, reporting, and source systems
Partner with business leaders to drive performance and support strategic priorities
Core FP&A activities
Own and improve forecasting models to increase accuracy and scalability
Prepare monthly management reporting packs with clear, actionable commentary
Work closely with senior leaders across Customer Office, Product & Technology, Sales, and G&A to help achieve their objectives
Act as a thought partner to business teams and contribute to cross-functional planning
Analyse actuals vs. forecast/budget, highlighting risks and opportunities
Support strategic planning through scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis
Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership

Job requirements
4–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar roles (ideally in a Software/SaaS environment)
Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
Solid experience with forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools is a plus
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
Strong communication skills: able to make complex topics simple and relevant
Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, pragmatic attitude
Comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
Collaborative and able to build trust across teams
