In this high-impact role, you will own and continuously improve core FP&A processes, providing actionable insights to senior leadership and partnering with teams across the business. From forecasting to reporting to performance analysis, you will help us stay ahead in a fast-evolving market — and support our mission to make healthcare more affordable and effective.

Your impact and responsibilities

  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for specific business areas

  • Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial reporting and KPI tracking

  • Build and maintain robust financial models and decision-support tools

  • Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers of performance

  • Support executive reporting, board preparation, and strategic analyses

  • Identify and implement process improvements across FP&A workflows

  • Ensure data consistency across planning models, reporting, and source systems

  • Partner with business leaders to drive performance and support strategic priorities

Core FP&A activities

  • Own and improve forecasting models to increase accuracy and scalability

  • Prepare monthly management reporting packs with clear, actionable commentary

  • Work closely with senior leaders across Customer Office, Product & Technology, Sales, and G&A to help achieve their objectives

  • Act as a thought partner to business teams and contribute to cross-functional planning

  • Analyse actuals vs. forecast/budget, highlighting risks and opportunities

  • Support strategic planning through scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis

  • Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership

Job requirements

Your profile

  • 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar roles (ideally in a Software/SaaS environment)

  • Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills

  • Solid experience with forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting

  • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools is a plus

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage

  • Strong communication skills: able to make complex topics simple and relevant

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, pragmatic attitude

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment

  • Collaborative and able to build trust across teams
