Your impact and responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for employees using Apple devices, including MacBooks, iPhones and iPads. Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. system configuration and general device setup to ensure smooth operation.

  • Educate and guide users on the effective use of Apple products within our corporate environment. Offer tips, shortcuts and insights to help employees maximize productivity and make the best use of their devices.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to macOS and iOS. Manage and respond to support tickets, ensuring timely and efficient assistance for any Apple device-related challenges.

  • Assist in maintaining the inventory of Apple deices, ensuring they are updated and aligned with company security policies. Perform routine updates, backups, and security checks on Apple hardware and software.

  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify areas for improvement in device performance, software compatibility and security. Contribute ideas to enhance the user experience and streamline IT Support for Apple users.

  • Help create and update documentation for Apple device support, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides and best practice.

Your team

We’re a small but close-knit team of four, split between Amsterdam and Brno. Even tough we’re in different locations, we’re very much a united team that values open communication, collaboration and helping each other out. Every day, we connect for a quick check-in to go over our priorities, share updates, and ask questions—it’s our way of making sure everyone feels supported and in sync.

Job requirements

  • Enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science)

  • Hands-on experience with Apple devices, particularly macOS and iOS

  • Familiarity with basic troubleshooting for Apple products and an eagerness to learn advanced solutions

  • Excellent communication skills in English, and Dutch is a plus

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
